Arran Alpacas offers fun-for-all experiences. You’ll want to learn more about our gorgeous boys as you watch them graze in their paddock beside the accommodations.
Glamping guests will receive DISCOUNT on any booked session at ARRAN ALPACAS!! Early bookings is recommended!
Guests are welcome to feed the animals (food can be purchased in the honesty shop). More happy memories to be made!

Where we are
Balmichael Glamping is based 15 minutes drive (8 miles) from Brodick on The String, the road connecting the east and west of the Isle of Arran. We are perfectly positioned for exploring all this beautiful island has to offer!!
Buses run between our road end and Brodick timing with the Caledonian Isles ferry timetable. Buses also loop around the North and South of Arran. See Stagecoach for timetables.
To travel by ferry, there are two routes in operation by Caledonian MacBrayne (CalMac). The main route from Ardrossan can be accessed via rail from Glasgow. Alternatively travel from Claonaig to Lochranza, a shorter and frequent service during the summer season. See Calmac for timetables.
